Navigate to https://outlook.office.com/mail/

Click on the "Email" You'd Like to Delete.

Click on "More Actions".
Click on the three dots icon in the top right corner of the email.

Click on the "Delete".

Click "Undo" at the Bottom of the Screen.
The item is now restored to your selected folder, making it accessible again.
