Start your "Excel" and open the workbook you want to check for spelling errors.
Ensure you are in the worksheet where you want to perform the spell check.

Go to the "Review" tab in the menubar.
The Review tab contains various tools, including spelling and grammar checks.

In the "Review" tab, click on the "Spelling" button
This action will start the spell check process for the selected cells or the entire worksheet.

As Excel finds spelling errors, it will display a dialog box with suggestions.
You can choose to correct the error by selecting a suggestion, ignoring it, or adding the word to the dictionary.

After addressing an error, the dialog box will move to the next spelling issue automatically.
Keep reviewing the suggestions until all spelling errors are addressed.

Once the spell check is complete, a message will pop up saying "All Spellings are Perfect"
This confirms that Excel has finished checking for spelling errors in the selected range.
