Open your "Document" in Google Docs.

Click "Insert" from the window at the top of your screen.

Select the "Drawing" from the Dropdown Menu.

Click on "New" from the Dropdown.

Click the "Textbox" icon to add it to the page.
A dialog will open, allowing you to draw all sorts of shapes.

Draw out the "Textbox".

You can add text to your "Textbox" here or when you add it to the page.

Click "Save and Close" to finish.
